Dental Assistant Instructor

Arch Dental Assistant School - Stockton is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our hybrid, 10-week hands-on clinical training programs.

📅One weekday evening per week (6:00–8:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM). One weekend per month (Saturday + Sunday), 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the office location. Laptop provided.

💰$21–$27/hr, depending on experience

What You'll Do

•Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
•Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
•Coach students during hands-on lab practice
•Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
•Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
•Foster a supportive, structured learning environment
•Lead live online classes

Who This Is For

DA, RDA, or EFDA welcomed — dental assistants who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a flexible role on Saturdays and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.

Requirements

✓5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
✓Active Radiology Certification
✓CPR/BLS Certification
✓Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
✓Able to commute to location(s)

Nice-to-haves: Prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, Leadership background
