Dental Assistant Instructor
Arch Dental Assistant School - Los Angeles is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our hybrid, 10-week hands-on clinical training programs.
What You'll Do
- •Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
- •Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
- •Coach students during hands-on lab practice
- •Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
- •Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
- •Foster a supportive, structured learning environment
- •Lead live online classes
Who This Is For
DA, RDA, or EFDA welcomed — dental assistants who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a flexible role on Saturdays and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
- ✓Active Radiology Certification
- ✓CPR/BLS Certification
- ✓Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
- ✓Able to commute to location(s)
Nice-to-haves: Prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, Leadership background
